Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, orders may not be be shipped on weekends or holidays.
Given the volatile nature of the supply chain due to the Covid-19 pandemic, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

UPS or FedEx Standard - 3 to 5 business days | $ 7.00 - 15.00
UPS or FedEx Two-Day -- 2 business days | $ 16.00 - 25.00
UPS or FedEx Overnight* : 1 business day | $ 26.00+

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
The Kannan Group ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Prices will vary.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
If applicable, The Kannan Group is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
The Kannan Group is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive on order damaged in transit, please contact us as we reserve to the right to replace damaged orders at our discretion pending further investigation. We recommend taking reliable images of any damages prior to contacting our support channels to expedite your request. Additionally, please save all packaging materials as well.

We currently do not ship outside the U.S. We will update this sectionas our shipping capacity expands.

Return & Exchange Policy
Thanks for purchasing Alkemi products powered by The Kannan Group. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
You must have a valid copy or your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within the amount of days allotted per your card issuer's policies.

Shipping
You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
